2025 Special Session Proposals

A Special Session is a session/symposium presented at the Annual Meetings that does not fit into a division/community program. It is, typically, broader scope, and the interest and subject matter may cross multiple divisions, communities, or societies.

2025 Cross Divisional Symposia Proposals

Open only to SSSA Members to propose, Cross Divisional Symposia are sessions presented at the Annual Meeting that do not fit into a single division's program. Topics must be sufficiently broad and represent the interest of at least three SSSA Divisions.

2025 Tour Proposals

A tour is a professional field trip that occurs prior to, during, or following CANVAS.

A workshop is an interactive, hands-on educational program for a relatively small group of people that emphasizes exchange of ideas and the demonstration and application of techniques, skills, etc.
